- Candidate should have Business understanding
- He/ She should be Able to communicate in Hindi, English and local language.
- He/She should have Proper computer literacy.
- He/She should be Good in spoken communication.
- Shoulld be able to Manage customer orders through appropriate resource allocation in the CRM system.
- Shoulld be able to Manage customer communication with right messaging over WhatsApp enabled CRM system.
