Position: UI/UX Designer Experience: 1-1.5 Years Location: Mohlai phase 8b We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement through compelling design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to understand user needs. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Create and maintain design systems and style guides for consistent branding. Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Optimize designs based on feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility guidelines. Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but a plus). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into design solutions.
