Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust portfolio of Swedish-speaking clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to achieve a win-win for clients and the company.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, company products, and competitor activities to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Document all sales activities accurately within the CRM system for efficient tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet collective targets and share insights and strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken;
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within a B2B setting;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on business growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in overcoming challenges.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
  • At least 1 year of Sales experience
