Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing, and enterprising Senior Business Development Manager with experience in selling ERP software solutions to join our sales team at B-Square. In this role, you will be a crucial part of the sales process, showcasing a deep understanding of business processes, technologies, and solutions. As a techno-functional expert, you will collaborate closely with the sales team as a presales consultant. Your responsibilities will include building customer confidence by comprehensively understanding their requirements, creating product demos, presentations, and collateral to illustrate how B-Square can address their needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting detailed ERP software demonstrations across various industries. - Engaging with prospects to gather insights into their business processes. - Preparation and submission of responses to RFI/RFQ/RFP. - Setting up general software demos and presentations. - Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand the client base. - Conducting online and onsite demonstrations of software functionality to prospects and clients. - Demonstrating proficiency in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating B-Square Products. - Staying updated on industry, competition, and technology trends. Skills Required: - Exceptional critical thinking skills to quickly understand customer requirements and propose solutions effectively. - Strong interpersonal skills to engage with top-level business and IT managers of large global corporations. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Capability to deliver presentations to large audiences, showcasing expertise in the domain and technology. - Team player with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. - 5-10 years of relevant experience.
