Job Description
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service), possess strong technical skills, and be able to configure and customize solutions to meet our business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows, enhance customer experiences, and ensure the seamless integration of Dynamics 365 CE with other business systems.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to fit business processes and enhance customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement tailored CRM workflows.
- Manage the integration of Dynamics 365 CE with other systems using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and third-party APIs.
- Design and implement workflows, custom entities, business process flows, and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and manage data migration strategies for smooth transitions to the Dynamics 365 CE environment.
- Provide user training, develop user guides, and deliver ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption and utilization.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the Dynamics 365 CE environment, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of system issues.
