Responsibilities
- Assist Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing high-quality technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their experience.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the company database.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to facilitate resolution of customer issues.

Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer care.
