Job Description

Act as the main technical adviser in the construction site for subcontractors and operatives. Act as a point of contact for the client in such a way to elevate customer experience. Ensure work force management for the assigned project which includes arranging men, material and machinery for the project. Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specification. Oversee the selection and requisition of materials Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team. Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force. Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. Project Updation (Material, Labour, Consumptions) in Tracker/ MIS Reports.
