Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of grocery store employees. Provide leadership and direction to floor staff including cashiers, stockers, and department clerks. Ensure shelves are properly stocked, faced, and rotated following FIFO (First-In, First-Out). Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Assist in managing employee schedules and shifts to ensure proper coverage. Train new employees and ensure ongoing staff development. Handle customer complaints, questions, and concerns in a professional manner. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are met in the store. Open and close the store as required; manage cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
