Job Description
We are Gokul, a 40-year-old premium Indian sweets brand based in Kolkata. We're launching our packed sweets vertical using Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and hot sealing (e.g., sealing Rasgulla cups at high temparature). Our packaging machinery is already installed but has remained unused. Were now looking for a hands-on, technically sound consultant to activate the setup and execute initial production trials. Scope of Work: Commission and calibrate our existing MAP tray sealing machine Operate and optimize the hot sealing process for Rasgulla cans Finalize sealing parameters (temperature, dwell time, gas mix) Run pilot batches for 23 SKUs Train the in-house team and hand over basic SOPs Begin shelf-life monitoring process Ideal Consultant: Hands-on experience with MAP packaging and hot sealing in sweets/FMCG/dairy Experience in the sweets & snacks industry Knowledge of gas flushing, food-safe films, sealing parameters Available to work on-site in Kolkata for approximtely two weeks Focused on execution and result delivery Interested Lets talk.
