#LI_Onsite While we have our offices in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Nagpur and Pune this position is hybrid with you being able to report to a location nearest to your current location, if the need arises. We are looking for a Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) to spearhead the design, architecture, and delivery of cutting-edge Pega-based enterprise solutions. As a senior technical leader, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Pega applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Architect and lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Pega applications across large-scale enterprise environments. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements . Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Pega development teams throughout the SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment, and support). Ensure solutions adhere to Pega guardrails , coding standards, and performance benchmarks. Conduct design and code reviews , and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Drive integration strategies with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other protocols. Support DevOps initiatives by contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Stay current with Pega platform updates and industry trends to drive innovation and best practices.,
