Designation : OT Project Coordinator Role : Project Coordinator Experience : 2.5 - 4 years Salary : 30,000 - 40,000 Contract tenure : 3 months initial contract will extend next 3 months Project : Machine Traceability & Material Traceability Location : Kalpakkam (Onsite) Role Overview : 1) The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the execution of the Machine and Material Traceability project, ensuring seamless communication between the customer, OEM manufacturers, and internal teams. 2) This role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and project management expertise to ensure smooth implementation. Roles and Responsibilities : Act as the single point of contact between Client, OEM manufacturers, and internal teams. Ensure timely availability of machine data and connectivity for integration. Facilitate discussions with OEM manufacturers to extract relevant machine parameters. Coordinate with PLC programmers and technical teams for successful machine integration. Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with customer expectations. Manage documentation, including machine data mappings, integration reports, and project updates. Identify risks and issues related to data availability and integration, working proactively to resolve them. Support in testing and validating data flow between machines and the traceability system. Report project progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders regularly. Required skills and Qualifications : Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. 2.5 to 4 years of experience in project coordination within manufacturing, automation, or industrial traceability domains. Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into actionable project tasks. Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and risk management. Knowledge of PLC systems, industrial automation, and communication protocols is a plus. Prior experience in machine traceability, Industry 4.0, or smart manufacturing projects is advantageous.
