Proficient in Oracle 11i and R12 applications for SCM processes, including Order Orchestration, Fulfillment, and Procurement. Expertise in configuring Oracle SCM modules, performing impact assessments, and executing ERP implementations. Strong understanding of Inventory, Bills of Materials, and Work in Progress. Skilled in requirement elicitation, functional design documentation, and solution design using Oracle Applications. Experience in conducting end-to-end integration and user acceptance testing (UAT). Proven problem-solving and analytical skills to manage complex programs across global locations. Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design supply chain solutions using Oracle EBS. Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and manage project schedules effectively. Perform configuration, testing, deployment, and release management for Oracle EBS SCM solutions. Draft and maintain functional design documents and configuration workbooks. Identify and resolve issues and defects related to Supply Chain solutions and Oracle EBS modules. Provide post-go-live support and deliver user training sessions. Mentor junior consultants and offshore teams, ensuring best practices adoption.
