Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate video content in Nordic languages to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful video content quickly and efficiently.
• Provide constructive feedback to content creators regarding adherence to content standards.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to refine procedures and approaches.
• Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records of decisions made.
• Stay updated on industry trends and standards related to video content moderation.
• Engage in team meetings to share insights and enhance moderation strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) and proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent analytical skills.
• Great communication abilities to provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Prior experience in content moderation or related field is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a decision-making mindset.
