Key Responsibilities

• Assist Nordic-speaking customers through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address customer needs.
• Participate in training and development sessions to continually enhance service skills and product knowledge.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English is required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, although motivated candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Natural problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A collaborative team player who is also self-motivated.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, for this role.
