Job Title: Senior Support Engineer Experience: 10+ Years Location: Vasai to Palghar Job Key Responsibilities: Handle escalated technical support cases from Tier 1 & Tier 2 teams. Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced software, hardware, and networking issues. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to resolve bugs and improve system stability.
