The company IIRIS is looking to hire a Junior Research Analyst to be a part of the Client Site Operations department based in Bengaluru. As a Junior Research Analyst, your main responsibility will be to support real-time risk monitoring and incident response at the client's Command Center in Bangalore. Your role will involve maintaining operational awareness, ensuring timely communication during emergencies, and providing accurate, actionable intelligence to support business continuity. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain an up-to-date directory of all site contacts and ensure smooth coordination with site and regional teams. - Communicate with employees, visitors, emergency services, public officials, and other stakeholders. - Identify and escalate threats such as protests, natural disasters, accidents, or security incidents. - Respond to alarms, emergency calls, and reported incidents by notifying the appropriate personnel and initiating predefined emergency procedures. - Coordinate with internal Emergency Response Teams (ERT) and external emergency services during crisis events. - Keep detailed logs of all shift activities and incidents in the Security Operations Database. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree Skills & Competencies: - Strong investigative mindset with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present findings clearly and persuasively. - High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
