Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge of products and support techniques.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve services and identify potential areas for enhancement.
• Support the onboarding of new employees by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• A strong interest in technology and excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer support or a technical role is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive approach with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Willingness to work in Athens, Greece.
