Job Description
Overseeing all aspects of the construction site, including safety, quality, and productivity. Managing construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers, assigning tasks, and ensuring that they follow safety procedures and guidelines. Collaborating with project managers to develop construction plans and schedules, and making sure that work is progressing according to these plans. Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints to ensure that the work aligns with the design specifications. Managing the allocation of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and efficiency. Enforcing quality control measures to ensure that the work meets the required standards and specifications. Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all workers are aware of and follow safety regulations. Addressing issues or challenges that arise during construction, such as delays, design changes, or unexpected site conditions. Skills & Qualifications: B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 10+ years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
