Job Description
Looking for an EIR - With key focus on DIGITAL MARKETING Role Description (1) User Retention & Engagement: - Design and implement strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value through marketing campaigns. - Analyze customer data to understand behavior, preferences, and churn patterns, using insights to optimize retention strategies. - Develop and manage loyalty programs, referral programs, and other retention initiatives. (2) Acquisition & Category Growth: - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns ad cross various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). - Collaborate with the product and sales teams to identify growth opportunities within existing categories and develop strategies & execute them. - Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, user retention efforts, and category growth initiatives. - Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize performance. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, user retention, or category growth, preferably within a D2C or e-commerce environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebEngage, Shopify, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
