Your key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the IT staffing sector. You will conduct market research, develop tailored proposals, and collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 10 years of business development experience in IT staffing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Indian IT market. You must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment, while also managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines efficiently.
