This role provides a unique opportunity for you to engage with customers who appreciate fine craftsmanship and exquisite pieces. As a part of an upscale team, you’ll assist Danish-speaking clients with their inquiries regarding our luxurious jewelry collections, ensuring they receive a premium service experience that reflects the brand's values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about product specifications, orders, and warranty information.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document all client interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and trends to offer informed assistance.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a high standard of service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong passion for luxury products, especially jewelry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or luxury retail is preferred.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to be based in Athens, Greece.
