Job Description :

Job timing - 3 pm to 12 am

• Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person or over the phone.
• Guide guests about game zones, packages, offers, safety instructions, and facility usage.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Issue tickets, wristbands, and explain game credits or play rules.
• Coordinate with floor staff to ensure customer satisfaction and quick service.
• Maintain queue discipline, manage crowd flow during peak hours, and ensure smooth entry-exit.
• Upsell games, food combos, and party/event bookings.
• Collect feedback from guests and share insights with the management.
• Follow SOPs and adhere to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
