Job Description
- Develop and grow the business with existing clients that are already commercially live with Evolution’s Casino products.
- Support and lead the plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Analysis of sales and other reports that give insight into how a company can make adjustments to improve performance.
- Monitoring and setting a strategy for clients outlining clear objectives.
- Communicating closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure a clear transition from sales to business management.
- Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects.
- Managerial responsibility for several direct reports, ensuring efficient distribution of resources and smooth and timely delivery to improve customer service and sales with clients.
- Continuously refine and improve routines and processes to maximise the function and quality of work, efficiency, and customer satisfaction with Evolution.
- Complete ‘due diligence on all new prospects.
- Utilising data to build business intelligence to help drive growth.
- Own your region and understand fully the potential channels and prospects, always considering the potential revenue that can be generated when discussing options with prospects.
- Be a figure of authority in the industry, driving credibility through your knowledge of the market conditions and competitors’ offerings.
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.
- 3+ years experience in a related field within Live/Slots from an online operator or another supplier
- A solid mentor with a background with a proven track record of success
- Leadership experience would be considered an asset
- Great communication skills with a customer-oriented and business mindset
- Fluency in English both spoken and written is essential
- Pragmatic approach around the sales process, understanding specifically where you should concentrate your efforts
- Purely driven by results and gets motivated by achieving or over-achieving sales targets / KPI’s
- Strong analytical mind, data, and target driven
- Demonstrable creative outlook and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to clearly communicate with business stakeholders, advise and apply best practices, and set strategies for developing business needs
