We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team for building construction projects in Ujjain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, quality control, coordination, and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute building construction projects on-site

Supervise contractors, laborers, and ensure timely completion of tasks

Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures

Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with project managers

Estimate materials and monitor site inventory

Handle basic site-level billing and documentation

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

23 years of relevant site experience in building construction

Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and project management

Ability to work independently and manage field teams

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project tools
