Hiring for Business Development Executive profile for Gurgaon location. Please find the job responsibility as below:-

Job Title               :Business Development

Experience          : 1+ yrs

Location              :Gurgaon Sector-18

Working Days      :Monday To Friday

Shift Timings       :1pm to 10pm (Uk Shifts)

Salary                    : upto 6 lac

Key Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Engage in outbound cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email communications with potential prospects.
• Establish and nurture a robust lead pipeline utilizing CRM tools
• Identify key decisions makers and evaluate prospects requirements and obstacles
• Evaluate leads to determine their suitability for our services
• Coordinate meetings or calls between potential clients and sales team
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
• Work in tandem with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead quality
• Offer regular insights on the efficiency of outreach efforts and lead quality

Required Skills :-

• Should have a basic understanding of MR Industry
• Should be proficient in both written and verbal communication
• Ability to address objections effectively and demonstrate persistence
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management capabilities
• Understands lead generation process, right from identification, prospecting, all the way to closing deals
• Should have experience in International Sales (B2B/B2C)
