Job Description
Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies in Japan regarding background verification services. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on the BGV process via phone, email and chat. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or process-related concerns. Operations & Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end background verification process for staffing agencies, ensuring smooth execution. Coordinate with verification teams and internal stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency. Monitor verification progress, follow up on pending cases, and ensure timely report completion. Identify process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and compliance with Japanese regulations. Ensure data sanity and have hygiene checks of data entry in Japanese and English. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, verification status, and service performance metrics. Assist in documentation and reporting in Japanese as required by internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements: Language: Fluent in Japanese and English (professional proficiency). Working hours: Japanese Local Time 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday Experience: 2+ years in handling Japanese customers. Experience in background verification is a plus. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in HR, staffing agencies, or compliance-related roles is a plus (preferred but not mandatory). Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ticketing systems. Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.,
