Job Role:-
Fitter:
- Assembles and fits together parts of machinery or structural components according to blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
- Utilizes hand and power tools to cut, shape, and adjust parts for proper fit and alignment.
- Inspects assembled components to ensure adherence to quality standards and precise specifications.
- Collaborates with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.

Welder:
- Fabricates and joins metal components and structures using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
- Interprets blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding methods and materials.
- Operates welding equipment safely and proficiently, maintaining adherence to welding codes and safety regulations.
- Inspects welded joints and structures for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
