Roles & Responsibilies:
- Recruiting, training and developing staff.
- Performing Employee Engagement & Team-building activities for Employees
- Organizing Company Events
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and
- professional platforms like Linkedin & other platforms)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Should be innovating in finding new ways to attract / recruit talent.
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and
- internally
- Must have acumen of Sales skills

CTC:
Fixed component: 3,25,000 L
Variable component: 32,500
Insurance: 6,000
Total CTC: 3,63,500 L

Training period: 4 to 6 months from the date of joining in which stipend of 12,000 INR will be paid.
Service Agreement: 2 years with a payback clause of 2,00,000 rupees.
Minimum commitment of 2 years years of service agreement from Date of joining
The cheque towards service agreement will only be kept as a security document and will not be
encashed. An undertaking will be given towards the same.
