About Pioneer Fabricators Pvt Ltd

Pioneer Fabricators Pvt Ltd was founded in the year 1987 by Mr Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, the current Managing directors of the company. The company was established with the sole intention of catering to the needs of Fabrication Industry of India. The company had a small beginning and started its production with manufacturing of doors & windows in the industrial town of Meerut. The company didn’t stop at manufacturing doors & windows and we soon obtained a license from Chief Controller of Explosives for manufacturing Pressure Vessels. Taking the advantage of an early mover in fabrication field, our company expanded its product portfolio and started manufacturing products for Indian Railways, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, Diesel Locomotive Works, Varanasi. Currently we are manufacturing Steel Bridge Girders for Indian Railways, Locomotive Chassis for DLW and Turbine Auxiliaries & Power Plant Equipments for BHEL. We also undertake complete contract on design, build & construct basis for construction of steel structures, pre-fabricated houses & buildings and gas-supply systems.
Over the years we have served our customers to their entire satisfaction by ensuring top class quality of our products and timely execution of projects assigned to the company. We feel proud to say that our company built the world’s highest oil depot at Kargil during the Kargil war.

Job Description

Role :- CNC Operator
Salary :- 14000/- Rs
Location :- Meerut
Education :- Diploma in any stream.
Working hours :- 8 hrs.

Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machinery including lathes, mills, and/or routers.
- Set up machines according to job specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Make adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Learn new machining techniques and processes as required.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of CNC machinery operation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
