Role: Recruitment Coordinator
Client Name: Wells Fargo
Job Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad 
Job type: Full time (RPO)
Compensation- CTC: 3,50,000/ ( 21K per month ). No of working days : 5 days
Immediate Joiners / 1 week, Ready to relocate to Bangalore.
Interview shall be conducted via Google meet.
Currently Work From Home however soon possible would start with Hybrid model with 2-3 days work from office. 

Responsibilities :
As a Recruitment Coordinator - having experience in coordination and communicating with different stakeholders is important.
Scheduling the candidate interviews according to the different business requirements. (sometimes 30 a day)
Extensive following up with the stakeholders and having timely communication with them.
Taking the feedback from the respective stakeholders and updating the tracker accordingly.
Timely communicating the status or the process details to the respective stakeholder effectively via email or call.
Maintaining  real time updates for timely and accurate reporting analysis.
Preferable HR candidates, done internships into HR Domain.
