CyberFrat is an Enterprise Risk Management community with motive to help people understand the risk of operating in digital world – providing the ability to detect, investigate and respond cyber threats. We make people aware about the new Cyber frauds and help them to use latest technology in secure manner. We also provide workshops, seminars and training in the field of information security and also looking forward to educate our student community on the Cyber Risk and want them to understand about the informed requirements organisation are looking forward while offering the jobs to new candidates.

We are currently running three chapters, Mumbai, Pune and Delhi and regularly organising meets in these cities. we have members from College Students to CXOs of Elite organisations.

Roles and Responsibilities -
• Support the manager by monitoring and executing daily B2C operational tasks.
• Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
• Backend management of virtual events efficiently.
• Manage the sales pipeline and source leads.
• Planning and executing the product delivery.
• Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of company instrumentation to
customers.
• Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
• Set demo session with the potential customer to convert.
• Providing members and customers with assistance with their memberships, portals, and other
activities.
• Facilitate CyberFrat customer onboarding.
• Inventory management.
• Support the team in operational activities during the events.
• Promote the online and offline events to the members and leads through social media channels.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. We are looking for highly energetic, self-motivated individual to join our Sales and Operations
team.
2. Possess good oral and written communication skills.
3. Should be comfortable to host virtual and offline events with a live audience.
4. Should have expertise in Excel, power point presentations and content writing.

5. Prospective candidate must be smart, presentable with good communication skills, be self-
driven & motivated, good listener, learner & presenter.

Skill(s) required
• MS-Excel
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Content Writing
• English Proficiency (Spoken and written)
