We are operating scheduled flights to domestic airports namely Chhattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Jashore, Sylhet, Saidpur, Barishal and Rajshahi with total 6 (Six) aircraft on our fleet ATR-72-500 aircraft, which is the best of its kind considering regional routes. NOVOAIR now connected with Kolkata an international segment and soon will connect to Guwahati and other regional destinations to enlarging footprints.

NOVOAIR has a pathfinder role in the aviation landscape of Bangladesh and introducing modern travel tools, paperless ticketing and the first frequent flyer program “SMILES” among any Bangladeshi airlines in domestic routes, meaning Smile, Safe, Superb, Satisfactory & Services through “Miles’’ with the conjuncture word “SMILES”.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor.
• Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.
• Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
• Conducting research and traveling to sites.
• Observing health and safety regulations at all times.
• Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.
• Analyzing data and writing reports according to specifications.
• Taking notes and sharing your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
• Establishing professional relationships with staff.
• Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Personal attributes

• Previous experience in a technical field would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
