Job Description

Responsibilities

 1.     Accountable/Outcome orientation: Be responsible for research on leadership hiring mandates independently. Drive research strategy on relevant industry, market, and teams to find the best talent pool for our clients

2.     Communication/Presentation: Present research findings via presentations to internal and external stakeholders

3.     Deep Research: Build a strong candidate pipeline for leadership search

4.     Agility: Fulfilling time-sensitive projects exceeding customer expectations

5.     Learning: Must be intellectually curious and have the desire to quickly develop generalist knowledge.


Who you are

1.     Strong on Business Communication and English as a language

2.     Versatile and deep research skills, as the role requires extensive industry understanding, mapping organization structures, using both secondary and primary research skills

3.     Excellent project and time management skills

4.     Proficiency in distilling large amounts of information into relevant insights

5.     Ability to develop strong research relationships with members and content experts

6.     Self-motivated and skilled at working independently and in a team structure

7.     Good record of achievement in academics

8.     Aspiration to constantly learn and improve


Compensation
The company offers a great combination of culture, learning and work environment, growth and compensation. CTC Range: 4-6 lacs/annum based on experience, capabilities assessed.
