Software Trainee (Manual Testing)

Bond Duration: 2 years (confirmed performance-based appraisals)
Training duration: 6 months
Stipend during training : 10k 
CTC offered: 2.5-4 LPA (based on performance)

Job Description:
Requires relevant expertise through formal education in a professional, sales, or technical area.
Performs technical-based activities.

Responsibility 
Serves as liaison between end-users and product development teams.
Partners with senior BA's to examine, define, and document project requirements.
Communicates project requirements to development teams.
Supports analyzing requirements and defines tech solutions.
Defines a go-to approach for system construction.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.
