Manadatory Skills : Able to operate Flexible Slitting machine (example Titan, Kalpvrux, & single coil rewinding machine etc...) in all aspects of the machine including set up, make-ready, tool change and clean up

Job Description

• Able to operate Flexible Slitting machine (example Titan, Kalpvrux, & single coil rewinding machine etc...) in all aspects of the machine including set up, make-ready, tool change and clean up.
• He should ensure the safety for him & his trainee. 
• Ensure the machine safety & 5s on the shop floor. Know about flexible material knowledge 
• Monitoring machine to ensure that it is operating efficiently with quality with quality.
• Should be able to identify any issue and make sure that producing quality materials. 
• Understands all documents related to the Flexible slitting machine and adhere to specification requirements. 
• Perform all task such as make ready, mounting cutting blade, rotary knife, ball locker from 3’ to 6’ & micro perforation tool and understand winding directions. 
• Ensuring input material /Plan sheet & Shop paper availability in the machine as per given plan.
• He should approve the first sample for every job loaded on the machine. 
• Should ensure slitted bobbin quality throughout the shift through physical verification of samples.
• Should Ensure low waste.
• Should capture waste generation data ShiftWise for every category. 
• Should Ensure every Job change over 30mins
• Ensure Proper condition & safety of micro perforation tool, sleeve, spare ball locker, & nip roller after jobs gets completed.
