Job Description

Technical support for networking such as:

1.WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, wireless and security.
2.Remote access solution implementation and support such as IPSEC VPN
3.Understanding of DNS/DHCP
4.Experience with Command Line Interfaces to manage computer equipment
5.Communicate effectively with the customer regarding issues and potential problems.
6.Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto/Cisco/Fortigate Firewalls, like ACL,
7.Remote Access VPN, IPSEC VPN, NAT, PAT, Clustering, End point security assessment.
8.Good knowledge of upgrade IOS for Firewalls.
9.Good understanding of MPLS, IPSEC VPN, Incident and Change Management procedure.
10.Hands on experience in Firewall policies, Stateful and Stateless Failover, multiple context mode and Transparent firewall.
11.Hands-on experience in NAT and PAT technologies such as Static, Dynamic, Twice NAT and NAT traversal
12.Knowledge in cisco ASA, Firepower modules SFR and FTD.
13.Worked on Replacement of EOL Firewall with Next generation Firewalls.
14.Knowledge in security appliance like IDS and IPS.
15.Knowledge in Radius and Tacacs servers (ACS)
16.Knowledge in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Threat and Vulnerability Management
17.Hands-on experience in working with Networking Monitoring tools.
18.Should have good understanding of Routing and Switching concepts.
19.Good knowledge of routing protocols including static, dynamic (BGP, OSPF and EIGRP)

Communicative:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Experience installing/configuring routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls (Cisco, Sophos, Palo Alto)

Scope Of Work:-

-To dialog and interact with technical users of the product
-To document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket, troubleshooting, etc.
-To perform knowledge transition during project enhancements
-To troubleshoot and own or resolve tickets raised by the clients including escalation
-To update self on latest technologies and related areas
-Ability to work with vendor support to resolve client issues
-Perform fast turnaround of customer requests.
-Perform network administrative duties on-site weekly.
