Job Description

Customer Success - Technical Product
Experience: Fresher
Salary: 7 LPA max
Notice Period: Immediate
Location: Bangalore , Remote ( But need to commute to office when required )
Education: University degree with an emphasis in Management, Marketing, or Advertising
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science, or equivalent with 60% and above.
Interview process: Virtual interview

Qualifications:

University degree with an emphasis in Management, Marketing, or advertising

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

  • Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, offering Tier 1 support.
  • Strengthening Client Relationships: Conduct onboarding and Quarterly Business Reviews to establish enduring relationships with brands and agencies, aiding them in maximising the potential of Intentwise tools.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and engineering teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth client operations.
  • Product Updates and Roadmap Communication: Educate clients about the company's roadmap and forthcoming developments.
  • Onboarding and Training Sessions: Lead onboarding sessions for new and existing clients, ensuring they understand how to extract maximum value from the suite of tools.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on advancements in Amazon and marketplace domains, providing relevant insights to clients.
