• Operate and maintain vacuum sewer systems to ensure efficient wastewater transport and minimize environmental impact.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and troubleshoot issues in vacuum sewer lines and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on vacuum pumps and associated machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including blockages or leaks, to minimize service disruptions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements in vacuum sewer technology and operational processes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance for regulatory compliance.
• Train and supervise junior staff on proper operational procedures and safety protocols related to vacuum sewer systems.
• Monitor and analyze system data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding wastewater management and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including city officials and residents, regarding service updates and issues.

• Familiarity with hydraulic systems, electrical components, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
