Job Description

Location- Noida (WFO)
Bugdet- upto 28 LPA
Notice period- Immediate-15 days(max)
Experience- 5-12 Years
Relevant experience- 4 is required
Skills required- candidate having his own pool of networkds, B2B Sales, Broking/Insurance background, communication skills.
Interview process- telephonic round + F2F Interview.
Working days- 5 days working

Job Description & Responsibilities associated:
- Generating and seeking out potential new opportunities
- Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders
- Evaluating new opportunities to ensure that the resources focus on the best opportunities
- Monitoring competitors and reviewing your employer’s offering in light of competitor’s developments
- Participating in new business contract negotiations
- Responsible for business development, implementation business plans to achieve targets as per the agreed budget.
- Design, implement and manage the Company’s sales process, ranging from relation development to contract finalization. 
- Lead sales and other organizational changes initiatives with continuous assessment.
- Strategic understanding of Corporate Sales and business domain.
- Business Communication and Technology Tools knowledge.

Preferred Skills:
- Managerial and organizational skills  
- Relationship Management, presentation, negotiation skills.  
- Knowledge about general insurance industry & their operations and processes.
- Experience in managing complex portfolios including general insurance portfolios

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with major in business or in marketing preferred
- Corporate Sales(B2B) Experience 5- 12 years.
- 4 or more years of management experience preferred
- Corporate Insurance or Financial Services (Corporate Sales, B2B) experience preferred.  
- Good network with local / global corporate clients.
