Senior Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction transformation and reporting

Build and maintain scalable ETLELT pipelines using Python and Apache Airflow

Should have proven knowledge in data migration including schema conversion data validation and performance tuning

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and deliver reliable solutions

Ensure data quality consistency and security across all systems

Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and automate routine tasks

Document technical processes data flows and migration strategies

Required Skills Qualifications

35 years of handson experience in data engineering roles

Expertlevel proficiency in SQL including query optimization indexing and stored procedures

Advanced Python programming skills especially for data manipulation and automation

Experience with Apache Airflow for orchestrating workflows

Proven track record in database migration eg PostgreSQL MySQL SQL Server Oracle

Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and their data services

Strong understanding of data modeling warehousing and performance tuning

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CICD and DevOps practices
