We have direct contract for Rough purchase from the Big 3 mining giants: De Beers, Arctic Canadian Diamond Company and Rio Tinto. SRK is a member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC).

Relevant Experience- 3 Years is needed

Skills needed- Compliance related knowledge of UAE & Africa Countries, ractical knowledge of  RBI & FEMA Regulation/Compliance of foreign subsidiaries, Accountating, TAX Compliances, Return filing.

Skills:
- Fully Compliant As A Tax Practitioner.
- Filing Of Corporate Tax Returns.
- Experience In Providing Financial Advice.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee The Duties Of The Accounting Team.
- Implement Accounting Systems And Processes.
- Reconcile Income Statements.
- Prepare Monthly Financial Reports.
- Ensure Compliance With Relevant Laws.
- Manage The Full Financial Process.
- Conducting Finance And Accounting For Company's Foreign Offices.
- Management Of Statutory Compliances
- Must Have Compliance Related Knowledge Of Uae & Africa Countries.
- Must Have Practical Knowledge Of Rbi & Fema Regulation/compliance Of Foreign Subsidiaries.
