Role Objective -Bid Support Executive.

Key Deliverables

1) Hunting of Bids across Govt Portals, GeM on PSU/State Web Sites as per Company Offerings

2) Bid Ownership viz.Bid Synopsis, Query Submission, Document Scouting from Cross Functional Team and Successful Bid Submission

3) Tracking Org Renewals from MSME and allied certificates

4) Willing to stretch the working hours basis the needs of the organization

Knowledge -

1) Preparation of Tender Synopsis

2) Aware of Bid Compliances

3) Workings of E-Procurement Portals and Bid Submissions

Skill - Essential -

1) Effective Communication Skills.

2) Well Versed with MS Office, Document Creation in Adobe or allied SW.

Skill - Desirable -

1) Interpersonal Skills for working across functional teams

Qualifications (Minimum) - Graduation (in any stream)
