Location: Pan India
Experience- 5-8 Years
Relevant experience- 5 years is needed
Budget- As per market standards
Notice period- Immediate-60 days (max)
Skills Required-  Comos Technology, Pharma/Life Science Industry, ITIL, SQL, Mainframe, Oracle, SAP

Candidate should not have applied through any means in Cognizant in the last 6 months.

Job Description:
- Extensive support experience in COMOS
- COMOS product knowledge including Server / Instance Architecture Knowledge  
- Experience in trouble shooting issues with integrating applications with COMOS
- Good experience on Plant / MFG system support and implementation In COMOS technology.
- Pharma / Life science industry experience is mandatory
- Should have thorough understanding of system IT architecture including typical interfaces (SAP/Mainframe/Oracle)
- Good knowledge on Database in terms of SQL building/execution
- Experience in handling managed service support projects
- To understand clearly the customer expectations and provide solutions
- Good hold on complete ITIL processes (ITIL certification preferred), Incident / Change / Problem management skills
- Clear and good oral/verbal communication capability
- Good conflict resolution capability
