Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced and fresher candidates to promote and sell our comprehensive financial literacy program to K-12 schools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with school administrators, and driving the expansion of our program into educational institutions. The Sales Manager will play a key role in helping students and schools gain access to critical financial education that fosters lifelong skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive program adoption in schools within assigned territories.
- Meeting 6-8 schools every day.
- Create and manage a pipeline of potential school clients and work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, district leaders, and educators.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions to showcase the value of the financial literacy program.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate degree or PG degree
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector, EdTech, or selling to schools.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply as 6 months experience in this role is equivalent to a 2-year MBA
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with educators and school decision-makers.
