Job Description

Role:- Business Development - Strategy, Promotion & Sales (Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM) Level (1000 Nos)
Locations:- We are hiring for various locations across India, ensuring that you can work from a place that suits you best.
Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, Nagpur, Delhi, Hyderabad, Vijayawada
Salary :- 40 Lac to 70 Lac.
Notice Period :- 30-60 Days
Experience :- 10+ Years of Corporate Sales 
Education:- B. Tech + MBA or Regular MBA
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in managing a Direct Sales Team / Corporate sales.

Experience in working in Direct Sales
This position reports to the Lead- Student Engagement
The Sales team is responsible for getting the prospects to attend the Seminar and after Seminar is delivered to close Sales and Enroll Students & collect the Fee

Should have an entrepreneurial mindset.
Should have deep & intuitive understanding of Education Industry

KRA

a. Lead Generation

· Tele-calling on Databases.
· Schools Tie-ups
· RWA/Association Tie-ups
· Local/Regional Marketing (ATL & BTL)

b. Event Organization

· Venue finalization
· Logistics
· Venue Management
· Refreshments

c.Lead Closure (# of Enrolments)

Tele-calling
One-on-one Meetings
Achievement of Enrolment & Revenue Targets

Levels of interview a candidate would have to go through during the selection process.

1. Zoom Interaction with HR Head – both profiles
2. Presentation on a topic (will be shared separately) – Head - Student Engagement
3. Assignment - Business Development - Strategy, Promotion & Sales
