Job Description

Location- Bangalore (WFO)- need local candidates
Salary- 15000/- per month (1.80 LPA) + performance based incentive
Experience- fresher
Interview process- 1-2 virtual interviews
Work timings- 9:30 am-6:30 pm
No. of days working- 6 Days
Candidates need to have their own vehicle and driving liscense

Job Description:-
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
- Visit schools, apartments and events to create brand awareness
- Conduct branding and promotional activities to generate more clients.
- Achieve sales targets by creating successful campaigns
- Cold calling to generate new leads
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
 
Requirements:- 
- Willing to travel in Bangalore
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in managing and growing sales teams
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure 
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to sell value and create credibility
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
