Job Description

Salary :  Based on Current CTC 30%. For below 7 Years it wont be more than 30 LPA. Above 10 Years it wont be more than 45 LPA
Notice Period : 30/60/90 days works but high priority is for 30 days
Location ( WFH/WFO): Bangalore, WFO. Working days is Sunday to Thursday where Sunday is WFH and Monday to Thursday WFO
Interview process ( Virtual/ On-Site ) : Virtual
Interview Rounds : 3 round
Gender preference : Only Male
Total and Relevant year of experience : 5 - 7 Years
Any other specifications : Willing to travel to Saudi based on the client requirement.
    
Roles & Responsibilities: -

  • Collaborate closely with clients to deeply understand their business objectives, challenges, and pain points related to refinery and petrochemical processes planning optimization.
  • Offer expert insights and advisory services to clients, recommending optimal strategies and approaches to leverage SCM Suite solutions (Aspen PIMS/AUP, AVEVA SPIRAL, Haverly G5).
  • Design and develop comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating industry best practices and innovative technological capabilities.
  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions that align with clients' refinery and petrochemical operations and optimization goals.
  • Guide clients through the process of configuring SCM solutions, integrating relevant data sources, and customizing the software to suit their specific requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring successful execution within agreed project timelines and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Provide advanced technical expertise in the deployment and integration of SCM solutions into clients' existing systems and processes.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, collaborating closely with the technical support team to develop and deliver effective solutions.
  • Offer guidance on system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimizations to ensure long-term success for clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize SCM solutions.
  • Deliver expert advisory services to clients, offering continuous guidance on refining and petrochemical planning optimization strategies to drive maximum value from the software suite.
  • Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain open and proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns.

Other responsibilities

  • Coordinate with pre-sales to respond to RFQ/RFI/RFP on technical compliance.
  • Custodian of success stories and publications
  • Internal training and overview session for the sales team
  • Collaborate with sales for prospective projects.
  • Align with the delivery target to grow business at the existing install base.
  • Cooperate with OEMs and feedback on feature development.
  • Support sales team on demand with pre-sales support.

Education and Qualifications

  • B.E/B.Tech (Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering) or a related field from recognized university.

Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas, petrochemical, or related industries, with a focus on refinery planning optimization model building.
  • Experience in a related service organization and exposure to the refinery, Olefins, or Aromatics industries is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with AspenTech/AVEVA/Haverly Refinery Supply Chain Planning suite of Products (AspenTech PIMS/AUP, AVEVA SPIRAL, Haverly G5). Modeling experience in AspenTech PIMS is a must.
  • Familiarity with AspenTech/AVEVA Refinery Supply Chain Scheduling, and Blending suite of Products (Aspen APS/AUS, MBO, AVEVA PSCP, Haverly H/Sched) is highly desired.
  • Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and/or Oracle will be useful.
  • Programming skills in VB, VB.Net, ASP.Net, C++, C#.Net, XML / XSL will be useful.
  • Fast learner with a desire/motivation to learn cutting-edge new technologies. - A team player with the ability to relate to customers and maintain good working relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex client challenges and design effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and collaborating within a team.
  • Ability to travel as needed to client sites for project implementation and support.
