Job Description

Role :- counseling 
Manadatory Skills :- Proficient in English - Good negotiator 
Salary:- 4-7 LPA
Notice Period:- Preferably immediately
Location ( WFH/WFO):- WFO only
Interview process ( Virtual/ On-Site ):- On site perferably

Total and Relevant year of experience :- 0-3
Total No of positions:- 3

We are looking for employees in the field of counseling, marketing, and operation . Kindly find the job description and other details below :

Counseling :-

  • Attending incoming calls from the student and working professionals providing counseling in the areas of Admissions, Academics, Student Services, Program Selection and Career Planning related counseling.
  • Handling counseling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and social. In addition, assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources to prospective admission seekers for the courses offered by Proschool.
  • Provide comprehensive counseling to the prospect
  • Ensuring lead generation through the seminar.
  • Student Success and SatisfactionDriving Student Enrollments through counseling.
  • Handle the operational activities of the centre such as batch scheduling, faculty coordination etc.
  • Taking care of the centre in the absence of the Center Manager.

Marketing :-

  • To visit college through out Bangalore  and speak to college management and sell the product's
  • To Schedule and conduct seminars in colleges.
  • To smoothly run programs in colleges
  • To do on-field and off field marketing activities.
