• Network infrastructure monitoring & reporting.
• Work closely with Senior Engineers in Network Operations
• Support the team on preliminary L1 Tasks
• Provision & manage the cloud infrastructure - AWS/ Azure
• Actively support during infrastructure maintenance & change management
• Document the knowledge base articles with the guidance of the team member

Experience and Qualifications

• B.Tech/ B.Sc in Computer science
• 2-7 years of experience of core network and security components (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
• Good Understanding of AWS/Azure/Gcp
• Academic understanding of network security components (Firewalls,Enterprise Wireless (WiFi Controllers, Access Points ,RSSI,SNR)
• Basic understanding of IPSec and SSL VPN technologies
• Understanding of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS cloud models
• Understanding of IP Subnetting, IP & TCP headers
• Understanding of Enterprise Wireless Terminologies and working
