Job Description

Manadatory Skills: Communication, approach and basic calculations, knowledge of schemes
Salary: Hyderabad - 1.65 LPA CTC (Exp 0-1 years) & All other locations: 1.60 LPA CTC (0-1 years) 
Notice Period: Immediate
Location ( WFH/WFO): Hyderabad WFO (Field Sales Job)
Interview process (Virtual/ On-Site): For Hyderabad @ Parle Agro Pvt Ltd. regional office. and for Rest Virtual round 
No. of Interview Rounds: 2 Rounds of interviews
Gender preference : Male
Total and Relevant year of experience: 1. 12th Std pass & Graduate Freshers 
Any other specifications: Every field sales employee gets an attendance reward of INR 300 per month for working 24 days as per sales calendar or INR 500 per month for working 25 days as per sales calendar.


CO-ORDINATION WITH DEPTS : Logistics, Accounts, Marketing, 

Principle Responsibility: 
1. Focus on all channels to achieve distribution, display & Merchandising objectives.
2. Explore opportunities of opening new accounts in the market.
3. Achieve brand wise and SKU wise primary and secondary sales objectives as per the agreed targets and within timelines.
4. Break secondary sales targets outlet wise, distributor wise daily, weekly and monthly for execution and sales efficiency and to monitor the same daily.
5. Explain and sell the monthly promotions to all distributors and inform them clearly, of the objectives and benefits of the same.
6. Ensure the agreed coverage plan is adhered to, while running the unit.
7. Ensure the daily market working report is submitted by day end, to the AGM along with market feedback.


Review the daily sales progress and the weekly performance of the distributor salesmen, with the respective AGM.
Attend the allocated On route training programmes and the review meetings to upgrade self in knowledge, skills and performance.
Maintain and develop good business relationship with distributor network and retail accounts.
Maintain all the requisite data and information regarding own territory and ensure it is regularly updated.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

1. Review the daily sales progress and the weekly performance of the distributor
salesmen, with the respective AGM.
2. Attend the allocated On route training programmes and the review meetings to
upgrade self in knowledge, skills and performance.
3. Maintain and develop good business relationship with distributor network and
retail accounts.
4. Maintain all the requisite data and information regarding own territory and ensure
it is regularly updated.
